Philippose Achan’s eldest son, K.P. Varughese obtained M.Com. graduation from Sagar University, Madhya Pradesh. After graduation, he joined Adhyapaka Urban Co-operative bank, Puthuppally and served as the Chief Executive (Secretary) of the bank till his retirement in 2007. Pallom Ottathyckal O.A. Kurian’s daughter Salamma is his wife. They have a son named Bevin and a daughter named Serin. They live near the family house in Vettathukavala.
