K.P.Varghese (Babukutty, 8)

Philippose Achan’s eldest son, Varghese was born on the 18^th April 1949. After obtaining an M.Com. graduation, he joined Puthuppally Adhyapaka Co-operative Urban bank. He served as the Chief Executive (Secretary) of this bank, for a long time. Pallom Ottathyckal Salamma is his wife. They have a son named Bevin and a daughter named Serin. Serin obtained M.Sc. and B.Ed. degree and was a teacher. She is married to Mathew (Sony), son of Kottayam Kiliroor Cherickal Kuriakose. Sony is working as the Life Insurance Divisional Manager of State Bank of India in Karnataka. They have two sons, Cyril and Abel. They live near the family house.
