Dr.P.K.John (Pappachen, 8)

P.J. Kawmos’s eldest son, John after completing his college education obtained M.B.B.S. degree from Thiruvananthapuram Medical college. He served in the same medical college for some period. Later he went to U.S.A. for further studies and obtained M.D. & also F.R.A.C.P. fellowship from Canada. He practiced in psychiatry and settled in Toronto, Canada. He adopted Ham radio as a hobby and became a world-known radio ham. His wife is Adoor Karimbannur Elizabeth (Jolly). She was also working as a doctor in Canada. They have sons, Suresh and Sunil. P.K. John passed away on 17^th September 2006 at the age of 68 and was buried in Toronto. Dr. Elizabeth and children are settled in Canada.
