V.P.Punnen (Kutty, 7)

Philippose Pothan’s second son, Punnen was born on the 6^th September 1917. He was the physical training teacher of Kumarakom and Puthuppally Govt. schools. He was skilled in drawing and painting. His wife was Aleyamma, the daughter of Nedungadapalliyil Kuttippuzha Avarachen. They had sons, Theophilos, Aby, Joshi, and daughters, Susamma, Alice, Elsy and Susheela. Punnen died on 8^th October 1996 at the age of 79. Aleyamma died on 4^th May 2008. Both were cremated at Ericadu Moria Marthoma church.
