Renjit Raj married Vakathanam Chirathalattu K.O.Thomas’s daughter Swapna Thomas. Swapna has obtained Ph.D in Geotechnical Engg. from N.I.T., Calicut and is now working as Assistant Professor in the Civil Engineering department of Saintgits College of Engineering, Pathamuttom, Kottayam. They have a son named Johan and a daughter named Sthuthy. Both are school students.
