K.P.Chacko Jr (Saju, 9)

Pothan’s fourth son, Chacko was born on the 17^th November 1958. After completing his primary education and I.T.I., he ran his own extensive business in Arunachal Pradesh. Chacko’s affinity for elephants is worth mentioning. He bought elephants from there and brought it to Kerala, which was reared and protected here. Chacko’s influence in the Arunachal Pradesh government has helped a lot for this. He was the owner of dozens of elephants. Usha, daughter of late Abraham of Mundakkayam Puthuparambil family was his wife. They have daughters, Preenu and Preethu. Usha and the children live in the Pappalaparambil family house. Saju passed away on 29^th August 2014 at the age of 55. He was cremated at Ericadu Moria Marthoma church.
