T.K. John’s wife is Rebecca (Ruby), who is the daughter of former Coffee Board Chairman, Aluva Moolayil Simon. They were settled in Aluva. They have a son named Kurian and a daughter named Usha. Ruby passed away on 16th January 2025 at the age of 90 and was buried at Moria Marthoma church, Ericadu.
