Koshi Philipose married Puthusserry Chirathalathu Ninan’s daughter Sosamma. They had a son named Yohannan and a daughter named Ilachiamma. Sosamma passed away in the Malayalam era 1127 (1952-53) and was cremated at Mar Aphrem Orthodox church, Thottackad.
