K.T. John’s only son, Binu Thomas obtained B.Com. graduation and worked in various institutions in Kottayam. Later he worked as the marketing manager in a company in Dubai. He also ran a publication firm in Kottayam. He married Sheeba, the daughter of Thevalakkara Pynuvilayil Puthenpurackal Varghese Vydhyan. Sheeba is an employee of Meenadom Priyadarshini Spinning mill. They have a son named Akin and a daughter named Ankina.
