Dr. Cherian M. Thomas, the youngest son of Kurian Thomas, obtained M.B.B.S. & M.S.(Orthopaedics) graduation. He served as the professor of Kottayam & Thiruvananthapuram Govt. Medical colleges. An eminent doctor, he retired as the Professor and Director of the Department of Orthopaedics, Thiruvananthapuram Govt. Medical college. While in service, he took leave and worked in Iran for some time. He married Rebecca (Kochumol), daughter of Kottayam Thattunkal Joseph. Rebecca is an M.Sc. (Home Science) graduate. They have a son named Thomas and a daughter named Sara. They are currently staying in Aluva. Ernakulam.
