Suman has worked in various star hotels in Hong Kong, Dubai, Ireland and England. Presently, he is working as Hotel Manager cum Revenue officer in London. He married Shirene, who is the daughter of Thiruvalla Kovoor George. Shirene obtained M.A. & M.S.W. degrees and has worked in Dubai and the United Kingdom. They have a son Shaurav and a daughter Madhulika.
