Oommen’s 2nd son, Eapen completed high school education and is a leading building contractor in Puthuppally. He is also active in political field and is currently a ward member of Puthuppally Grama Panchayath. He married Shyna, who is the daughter of Manganam Kuzhikattu Puthenpurayil Punnen.
