Philippose Achan’s 2nd daughter, Elcy obtained B.Sc. graduation and was the Chief Dietician of St. Stephen’s hospital, New Delhi. Elcy’s husband is Thazhathangadi Kochettu George’s son Mathew (Sha). He was an officer at Food Corporation of India. After retiring from job, they returned to Kerala & settled at Chengalam. Mathew passed away on 9th September 2021 at the age of 73 and was cremated at Puthenpally Orthodox church, Kottayam. They have two sons, Givin & Philip and a daughter Merin.
