Sicily was married to Kottayam Keezhukunnu Kandanchirayil Georgekutty. He was an employee at M.R.F., Chennai. They had a son named Praveen and daughters Preetha, Priya, Sible and Smitha. Georgekutty passed away in Bengaluru on 12th January 2022 at the age of 85 and was cremated there.
