Dr. Baby Ipe’s youngest son, Tarik after graduating in hotel management from Switzerland, worked in England and Hong Kong. He worked as an Asst. manager at Radha Regent hotel in Chennai for some time. Currently he is running a resort in his own property in Ullayam. His wife is Archana, who is the daughter of Kandathil Chacko Thariyan. Archana who is an M.A. graduate earlier worked in England and Chennai. They have two daughters, Ahaana and Ankita.
