K.T.Iype (Iyppachen, 7)

Iype, the 5th son of Varghese Iype obtained B.Sc. & B.Ed. graduation and he started his career as a teacher in Puthuppally High school. Later, he served as Headmaster in various Govt. high schools. Although serious in speech and behaviour, he possessed a loving heart. He was a sincere and dedicated teacher. He married Mariamma, the daughter of Vadakkanparavoor Maniyarayil Paulose. They live in the Pazherickal homestead. They have a son named Benoy & daughters, Prema and Suja. Iype passed away on 24^th July 1998 at the age of 72. He was cremated at Ericadu St. Mary’s Jacobite church.
