M.M.George (Georgekutty, 8)

Iype Mathai’s sixth son, George was born on the 8^th June 1921. He has passed Cambridge matriculation. He was an officer in the Excise and Police departments. Due to personal reasons, he resigned from his job and returned to his native and engaged in agriculture. He was an uncanny person who charmed people with his pleasant conversation and had a great rapport with them. He married Vakathanam Karuchira Choorapadiyil, Abraham’s daughter Ammini. They have two sons, Babu and Abraham, and a daughter named Akkamma. They live in their ancestral home. George died on 13^th July 1999 at the age of 78. Ammini died on 25^th November 2008. Both were cremated at Puthuppally Nilackal Orthodox church.
