M.K. Babu’s only son, Moby was born and brought up in Puthuppally. After schooling in Kottayam, he joined M.A.College of Engg., Kothamangalam for B.Tech(Mechanical Engg.) and secured first rank in M.G. University After that, he worked in some engineering colleges, for a short time. Now he is the Deputy General Manager in M.R.F. Ltd, Chennai and holds two indian patents in 2-wheeler tyre design. He married Anju, daughter of Thiruvalla Puramathu Kottarathil Mathew. Anju obtained M.Sc. & B.Ed. degrees and worked as a teacher. They are settled in Chennai. They have a son named Jefin and a daughter named Jania.
