Rebecca (Shanthi) is the daughter of Kottayam Uppoottil Issac. Rebecca worked as a teacher & Librarian at the Belfast Public Library in Ireland and at the British International school in Hong Kong. For some time, she was a teacher at Kottayam Pallikoodam (Corpus Christy) school. She served as the Principal of Mar Baselios Public school, Kottayam. They have sons, Suman and Isaac.
