M.I. Kurian’s elder son Rejith M. Kurian, after obtaining his Diploma in Electrical engineering started working in Kerala State Electricity Board. He later retired from service as Assistant Executive Engineer. His wife is Beena, who is the daughter of Kottayam Earayilkadavu Paremalil P.I. Jacob. Now they are living near Kanjirathummood, Puthuppally. They have a son named Midhun and a daughter named Manju.
