Rajan K.Varghese’s only son Renjit Raj obtained B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering in the year 2004. He started his career as L.D.Clerk in the General Education department of Kerala Govt. and worked there for three years. After that, he joined Kerala State Electricity Board Limited as Assistant Engineer. Now he is an Asst. Executive Engineer in the organization. He married Vakathanam Chirathalattu K.O.Thomas’s daughter Swapna Thomas. A Ph.D holder, Swapna is now working as Assistant Professor in the Civil Engineering department of Saintgits College of Engineering, Pathamuttom. They have a son named Johan and a daughter named Sthuthy. Both are school students.
