Resmi was married to Dr. Manoj, the son of Thiruvalla Poothiyottu Medayil Dr. Thomas Kuruvilla. Dr. Manoj who obtained M.D. & F.R.C.P. graduation, is working as an endocrinologist in his own G.K. hospital and some other hospitals. They have daughters, Lisa, Rachel and Anna.
