Abraham Varghese married Ernakulam Aiyyappankavil Pulickapparambil Rose Marie (Rossy). Rossy is the Chairperson of Al Dana school and Hala kindergarten in Bahrain. They have a son, Anand and daughters, Annie (Anniemol) and Lily.
