Randy Thomas’s son, Sony obtained B.Tech (Mech.) graduation from R.I.T. Govt. Engineering college, Pampady, Kottayam. He started his career in Infosys, Mysuru as a software trainee. After working there for some time, he went to the University of Aberdeen, Scotland to do his M.S. in Oil & Gas Engineering. After obtaining M.S., he joined Petrolink at Infopark, Ernakulam and worked there for some years. Currently he is working in Helmerich & Payne, Inc. (H&P), Goa which is a leading Oil & Gas drilling company. He is one of the key figures behind the development of this family website. He married Susan Jacob (Diya), who is the daughter of Vakathanam Pathiyappallil Binu Jacob Kurian. She is a Chartered Accountant by profession and is currently working in Barclays, Chennai. They have a daughter named Ruth.
