Renjit Raj married Vakathanam Chirathalattu K.O.Thomas’s daughter Swapna. Swapna has obtained Ph.D in Geotechnical Engg. from N.I.T., Calicut and is now working as an Assistant Professor in the Civil Engineering department of Saintgits College of Engineering, Pathamuttom, Kottayam. They are living at Mooledom. They have a son named Johan and a daughter named Sthuthy.
