Renjit Raj married Vakathanam Chirathalattu K.O.Thomas’s daughter Swapna. Swapna has obtained Ph.D in Civil Engineering from N.I.T., Calicut and is now working as Assistant Professor (Sr) in the Civil Engineering department of Saintgits College of Engineering, Pathamuttom, Kottayam. They are living in Mooledom. They have a son named Johan and a daughter named Sthuthy.
