Iype’s eldest daughter, Thankamma was, married to Baby, son of Kayamkulam Vallikkunnathu Pallivilayil Varghese. Thankamma retired as a school teacher and Baby retired as headmaster. They have sons, Sajan, Santhosh and daughters, Sajini and Suja.
