Abraham Pothen (Pothachen, 9)

K.K. Abraham’s 3rd son, Abraham Pothen, after completing Pre-degree obtained I.T.I. from Don Bosco Technical Institute, Delhi. He worked in Delhi and Abudhabi for some period and later came back. He showed keen interest in agricultural & political matters. He served as the member of Puthuppally Gramapanchayath for a term. He is actively participating in social and community fields. Currently he is running a rubber nursery called ‘Motherland’ near Vettathukavala. He married Sosamma (Beena), daughter of Kattanam Kannankkara Puthenveettil Kuriakose. She is an M.Sc. (Nursing) graduate and earlier worked as a nursing tutor. They live in the Pappalaparambil family house near Vettathukavala. They have a son named Yeldho and daughters, Elizabeth & Mariyam.
