Aleyamma Yohannan

Aleyamma, who was the wife of Philippose Yohannan Kathanar used to manage the family affairs properly and gave peace advice to the differences of opinion and trouble that often arose in the church affairs. She organized a prayer meeting for women on Sundays and held its charge for a long time. They had a son named Kawmos and daughters, Saramma and Achamma. Aleyamma passed away on 4^th February 1942. Her mortal remains were cremated at Mar Aphrem Orthodox church, Thottackad.
