Thomas Varghese’s youngest son, Dr. Joe obtained M.B.B.S. & M.D. degrees and is currently working as a Dermatologist at Aster hospital in Dubai. His wife, Dr. Maria Thomas also obtained M.D. post graduation and worked as a Pulmonologist at Lisie hospital, Ernakulam. Currently she is also in Dubai. They have a son named Joel and a daughter named Tara.
