Ashok Kurian married Chengannur Vayalippurayathu Alexander’s daughter Mariamma (Bindu). Bindu, who is an M.Sc. Nursing graduate, was a teacher in the nursing college of Kangazha M.G.D.M. hospital. Now she is working as an Assistant Professor in Govt. Nursing college, Kottayam. They have daughters, Reshma and Roshni.
